1. These appeals were dismissed in the First-tier Tribunal on the ground of lack of jurisdiction following Sala.
2. In the light of the decision of the Court of Appeal in Khan, and following the grant of permission to appeal to this Tribunal, I set aside the decision of the First-tier Tribunal and remit the appeals to that Tribunal for determination on the merits.
