REASONS FOR FINDING AN ERROR OF LAW

1.              It was conceded by Mr Wilding on behalf of the respondent that the findings of fact by the First-tier Tribunal Judge were inadequate and that the appeal required proper and adequate findings of fact.

DECISION

I set aside the decision of the First-tier Tribunal and direct that the re-making of the appeal is to be conducted in the First-tier Tribunal.
