DECISION
1. It is clear from my decision promulgated on 9 April 2018, following a hearing on 14 March 2018, that I found that Judge of the First-tier Tribunal materially erred and that the matter should be re-determined by the First -tier Tribunal. To dispel any doubt about my decision, I set aside the decision of First-tier Tribunal Smith to dismiss the appeal on asylum grounds and remit the matter to be re-determined by the FtT.
