49-51 Bedford Row
London WC1R 4LR
MR JUSTICE FRENCH: We are not persuaded that there was any element of perversity in the decision of the Industrial Tribunal and if, as to which we are not persuaded there was any error in making the deduction from the payment in lieu of notice, then Mr Evans has a remedy elsewhere.
Accordingly we do not permit this appeal to proceed.
