    APPEARANCES

For the Appellant NO APPEARANCE BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE APPELLANT

MR JUSTICE MORISON (PRESIDENT): This is an appeal against a decision of an Industrial Tribunal which was held at Middlesborough on 7th September 1995. The decision was entered in the Register on 29th September 1995. An inadequate Notice of Appeal was filed against that decision. The Employment Appeal Tribunal indicated that it could not activate the appeal until after further particulars had been given of the grounds of appeal. There has been no response to that. The appellant's solicitors have come off the record. Communication with the appellant himself has been attempted, unsuccessfully. Accordingly, this is a stale matter and it should not be allowed to remain on the file. It has not been progressed. The appellant shows no desire to pursue the appeal, and we dismiss it.
