    For the Respondent IN PERSON

MR JUSTICE MORISON (PRESIDENT): Mr Dineen has asked for leave to appeal in this case.

  1. We took the view that his arguments before us lacked merit legally and factually. We do not therefore think that it is a case where we should grant leave, but it must be left to the Court of Appeal to decide whether this is an issue with which they should be concerned.
  2. Leave therefore is refused.
