JUDGE WILSON: In this case Mr Johnson has not appeared to deal with his appeal but the evidence on the file is that certainly in June he was unfit and his doctor had so certified.
In those circumstances, we propose to adjourn this case out of today's list and to invite the Associate to cause a letter to be written to Mr Johnson, copied to his general practitioner, to find out what he wants to do and what his state of health is and then further steps can be taken about relisting if that is appropriate.
