[2018] UKFTT 329 (PC). Adverse possession; the third exception in paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 LRA 2002 - whether the Applicants in adverse possession of the disputed land for the period of ten years ending on the date of application - whether for at least ten years of the period of adverse possession the Applicants or any predecessors reasonably believed the relevant land belonged to them. The application failed.
