Decision notes [2019] UKFTT 504 (PC). Application to register restrictions against the titles of three properties registered in the name of the Applicant’s son on the grounds that the Applicant had a beneficial interest in all of them - long history of delays on the part of the Applicant, and a number of solicitors had been instructed by her. Before the hearing, when she was acting in person, she applied on a number of occasions for an adjournment. At the hearing, again in person, the Applicant applied again for an adjournment on the grounds that she needed time to instruct new solicitors, and found litigation stressful. There was also an apparent issue as to disclosure. Adjournment refused, whereupon the Applicant left. Evidence heard in her absence - direction to Chief Land Registrar to cancel her applications.
