5 July 2005, Local government (City council)
The complainant requested various documents and agreements relating to the closure of a school and its handover to another school. The complainant alleged a number of breaches of the Act. The Council eventually provided all the information that they held on the matter although not within the time limit of twenty working days. Additionally, they directed the complainant to another source for some of the remaining information. The Decision Notice reflects the various findings in relation to each of the alleged breaches. The complainant has lodged an appeal. The Information Tribunal has ruled on this decision and has upheld this appeal.
FOI 1: Not upheld
