The complainant requested a copy of a report dating from 1989, regarding care and treatment provided by the Royal United Hospital Bath. The Trust stated that they did not hold a copy of the report, explaining that files of this type were normally destroyed after 10 years. The Commissioner is satisfied with the Trust's assurances that it does not hold the information and therefore finds there has not been a breach of the Act.
