Summary: The complainant made a request to the Environment Agency for all information relating to a specific geographical area particularly in relation to a flood bank in this area. The EA provided a great deal of information in correspondence as well as meeting with the complaint to answer further questions. The complainant did not accept that all relevant information had been released, but the Commissioner is satisfied that the public authority has now provided the complainant with of the information it holds. The Information Tribunal has ruled on this decision and has dismissed the appeal.
