The complainant asked London Borough of Camden Council (the Council) for a copy of all Community Housing Group (CHG) properties under the local authority. In a further request the complainant asked various questions in relation to evictions. The Commissioner agrees with the Council’s decision not to supply the information under section 40(2) of the Act and the reasoning applied by the Council. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2007/0129 has been dismissed.
