Summary: The complainant asked the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (the DVLA) for information relating to the number of surviving A40 Farinas (a classic compact car introduced by the British Motor Corporation in 1958). The Commissioner found that the DVLA acted correctly in refusing the request under section 12 of the Act as the appropriate limit would have been exceeded.
