Summary: The complainant made a request for information containing a number of questions for the ICO to respond to under the Act. This was the ninth request for information that had been received from this complainant. The ICO informed the complainant that it found that the request was vexatious and that the public authority did not therefore need to comply with the request in this case because section 14(1) applied. The Commissioner finds that ICO has applied section 14(1) correctly in this case and that it is not required to take any further steps in respect of this complaint.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 14 - Complaint Not upheld
