Summary: The complainant requested information relating to the St Andrews Conference in 2006. The Northern Ireland Office refused to disclose the requested information in reliance on section 36(2)(a)(ii) and section 36(2)(c) of the Act. The Commissioner finds that the exemptions are engaged, and that the public interest in maintaining the exemptions outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
