Summary: The complainant wrote to the public authority (CDC) to request information regarding details of its development impact assessments, reports and targets, and subsequently also requested copies of reports from its fund managers. CDC responded to the request and disclosed the development impact targets but explained that the rest of the information requested was exempt from disclosure under section 43(2) and section 41(1)(b) of the Act. The Commissioner has found that CDC correctly withheld all the information under section 43(2) of the Act and requires no steps to be taken by CDC. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2010/0137 withdrawn.
