Summary: The complainant requested the engagement diary of the Chief Executive of the public authority covering a specified period. The public authority failed to respond to this request and the Commissioner finds that, in so doing, the public authority did not comply with the requirement of section 10(1) of the Act that an information request must be responded to within 20 working days of receipt. The public authority is now required to respond to the request.
