Summary: The complainant requested information relating to the number of staff employed at Liverpool Primary Care Trust (the -Trust-) and recorded incidents of stress, bullying, claims of constructive dismissal and claims filed against the Trust at the Employment Tribunal. The Trust agreed to the provision of some information but stated that the remaining requested data could not be recovered within the appropriate cost limit at section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000(the -Act-). The Commissioner is satisfied that the Trust was entitled to refuse the request under section 12(1) of the Act. He therefore does not require the Trust to take any steps.
