Summary: The complainant requested information about UK Financial Investments-™ discussions with Lloyds Banking Group regarding the level of remuneration paid to employees. UK Financial Investments provided the complainant with some information but withheld the remaining information on the basis of the exemptions contained at sections 40, 41, 42 and 43.
