Summary: The complainant requested information from the Information Commissioner which related to his investigation into case FS50165372. The Commissioner confirmed that he held the relevant information however refused to provide it on the grounds it was exempt from disclosure under section 44(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the -Act-), by virtue of section 59(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998.
