Summary: The complainant requested documentation and procedures with regard to personal data sharing. The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) claimed that the information it disclosed in response represented all the information it held that was relevant to the request. The Commissioner is satisfied that, at the time of the request, the IPCC did not hold any further information within the scope of the request and accordingly requires no steps to be taken.
