Summary: The complainant requested information regarding the names of elected members of the Isle of Anglesey County Council referred to in a report produced by Wales Audit Office. During the course of the Commissioner-™s investigation it became apparent that the Wales Audit Office did not hold the specific information requested but did hold other information relevant to the request. Wales Audit Office stated the information was exempt from disclosure under section 44 of the Act and the Commissioner finds that the exemption was correctly applied. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2010/0145 dismissed.
