Summary: The complainant made a request to the Gambling Commission for information relating to betting integrity statistics. The Gambling Commission refused the request under the exemption in section 30(1)(a)(i) of the Act. The Commissioner-™s decision in this case is that the exemption under section 30(1)(a)(i) is engaged and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
