Summary: The complainant requested information regarding the Chief Executive of the Legal Services Commission (-˜the LSC-™), the Magee review and his report. The LSC responded by providing some information in the normal course of business and refusing to provide further information on the grounds that the request was vexatious and therefore excluded under section 14(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (-˜the FOIA-™). The Commissioner has investigated and finds that the LSC correctly applied section 14(1).
