Summary: The complainant requested information about the issue of -˜disquiet-™ caused within the Professional Standards Department (-˜PSD-™) of Lancashire Constabulary (-˜the Constabulary-™). The Constabulary responded and advised the complainant that it did not hold information in respect of his request. The Commissioner investigated and has concluded that on the balance of probabilities the requested information is not held by the Constabulary and therefore the Constabulary complied with section 1(1)(a) in stating that the information was not held.
