Summary: The complainant requested information relating to numbers of pupils and teachers of different religious denominations at Parkhall Integrated College (-�Parkhall College-�). Parkhall College refused to disclose some of that information under section 40(2) by virtue of section 40(3) (a) and (b) of the Act as it comprised sensitive personal data, disclosure of which would be unfair. The Commissioner considers that section 40(2) by virtue of 40(3)(a) and (b) was correctly engaged in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. The Commissioner also finds that Parkhall College breached section 17(1) of the Act.
