Summary: The complainant requested a copy of a report into a complaint about a councillor. Standards for England disclosed a copy of the report with elements redacted under the provisions of section 44 of the Act, that disclosure of the redacted information was exempt under another enactment, specifically, section 63 of the Local Government Act 2000.
