Summary: The complainant requested a breakdown of a figure of £135,000 quoted in the press as the value of a series of thefts of tram cable. The complainant was unhappy with the response provided as he alleged that it contradicted responses to previous requests for information. The Commissioner investigated but found no breaches of the Act and therefore does not require any steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2011/0181 struck out.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 1 - Complaint Not upheld
