Summary: The complainant wrote to the Council and requested various pieces of information. A -peer review- in respect of a named official was withheld by the Council by virtue of section 40(2) of the Act. The Commissioner has investigated and finds that the Council correctly applied the exemption at section 40(2) to the withheld information.
