Summary: The complainant requested information relating to a job evaluation exercise. The public authority disclosed part of the information and withheld the remainder on the basis of the exemptions at sections 31(1)(a), (b), and (c) (Law Enforcement). The Commissioner found that none of the exemptions were engaged and ordered the public authority to disclose the withheld information. The Commissioner consequently found the public authority in procedural breach of the Act.
