Prudential (Monetary penalty Notice) [2012] UKICO 2012-6 (6 November 2012)

A monetary penalty of £50,000 was issued to Prudential after a mix-up over the administration of two customers-™ accounts led to tens of thousands of pounds, meant for an individual-™s retirement fund, ending up in the wrong account.
