Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to solar panel installations in a particular postal district. The Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC) explained that there were 113 installations in the postal district but refused to provide a further breakdown of the figures by full postcode under regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR). The Commissioner-™s decision is that the DECC has correctly applied regulation 13 EIR in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2012/0151 dismissed.
