Summary: The complainant requested information about projects supported by the Export Credits Guarantee Department (ECGD) but not disclosed in its Annual Review and Resource Accounts for the financial years 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10. The ECGD disclosed some information but withheld the remainder citing international relations (section 27) and commercial interests (section 43) of the FOIA. The Information Commissioner-™s decision is that the ECGD correctly applied section 27 to all of the withheld information. He requires no steps to be taken.
