Summary: The complainant has variously requested from Waveney District Council (the -Council-); evidence of training sessions attended by a named councillor (councillor x); the number of complaints about councillor x which have been referred to the monitoring officer; and a list of training given to all councillors serving at the council. The Commissioner-s decision is that the Council has correctly claimed the requests were vexatious for the purposes of section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this notice.
