The NMO explained that to comply with the request would exceed the £600 cost limit and therefore the appropriate cost limit (section 12) of the FOIA applied. The Commissioner-s decision is that the NMO has correctly applied section 12 in this case. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2012/0187 struck out.
