Summary: The complainant requested from Bristol NHS Primary Care Trust (-NHS Bristol-) information that its Director of Commissioning had received from local NHS Trusts concerning their pathology services. NHS Bristol refused to provide the requested information on the basis that the request was vexatious under section 14. The Commissioner-s decision is that NHS Bristol has correctly applied section 14 to the request. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2012/0262 dismissed.
