Summary: The complainant made a number of requests for information to Transport for London (-TfL-). TFL considered that some of the requests were vexatious and relied on section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner considers that the requests were vexatious and that section 14(1) was correctly engaged. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2012/0218 struck out.
