Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to Work Programme Prime Providers and subcontractors. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) refused to comply with the request as it said it would exceed the cost limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to do so. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the DWP has correctly applied section 12 FOIA in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
Section of Act/EIR & Finding: FOI 12 - Complaint Not upheld
