Glasgow City Council (Enforcement Notice) [2013] UKICO 2013-22 (7 June 2013)

The ICO has served an enforcement notice on Glasgow City Council following a serious breach of the Data Protection Act that led to the loss of two unencrypted laptops, one of which contained the personal information of 20,143 people.
