Summary: The complainant requested information concerning the lightning protection system at the London Olympic Stadium and Aquatic Centre. The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) refused to disclose this information under the exception provided by regulation 12(5)(a) (adverse effect on international relations, defence, national security or public safety). The Commissioner-™s decision is that the ODA applied regulation 12(5)(a) correctly and so it is not required to disclose this information.
