Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to a planning enforcement notice issued by Ashford Borough Council (the -council-) in relation to a property owned by the complainant. The council provided some of the requested information but withheld some information under the exception for adverse effect to the course of justice (regulation 12(5)(b)).
