Summary: The complainant requested a copy of a Planning Inspector-™s report in relation to a specific planning appeal. The Welsh Government refused to disclose the information by virtue of regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR. The Commissioner-™s decision is that regulation 12(4)(e) is engaged and that, in all the circumstances, the public interest in disclosure is outweighed by the public interest in maintaining the exception. The Commissioner does not require the Welsh Government to take any steps as a result of this notice.
