Summary: The complainant has requested information from the Burbage Surgery (the -�Practice-�) concerning the Practice and its expenditure for 2009-2011. The Practice provided some information and applied section 43(2) of the FOIA to the withheld information. It has also argued that it does not hold any information in relation to one of the requests (question 9). The Commissioner-�s decision is that the outstanding information concerning total GP pay, dispensary income and profit figures is exempt under section 43(2) of the FOIA. The Commissioner is also satisfied that the Practice does not hold any information in relation to question (9). He does not require any steps to be taken.
