Summary: The complainant has requested a copy of the Serious Untoward Incident (SUI) report produced in connection with the death of Peter Connelly, also referred to as Baby P. NHS London agreed to the release of some of the requested information but withheld other parts of the report under sections 40(2) (third party personal data) and 41 (information provided in confidence). The Commissioner-™s decision is that NHS London correctly refused the disclosure of some, but not all, of the withheld information. He therefore requires NHS London to release the information described in the confidential annex attached to this notice.
