Summary: The complainant made three requests for various information concerning legal aid. The Legal Services Commission (LSC) refused these requests under section 12(1) of the FOIA as the combined cost of these requests would exceed the limit of £450. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the LSC complied with the FOIA in that it was appropriate for it to aggregate the costs of dealing with these three requests and the combined costs of these requests would be in excess of the appropriate limit. The LSC was not, therefore, required to comply with these requests.
