Summary: The complainant requested from the Child Support Agency (CSA) a full and complete list of all its departmental, section, team and sub group email addresses however defined. This information was withheld by the Department for Work and Pensions under the exemption in 36(2)(c) of the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that section 36(2)(c) of the FOIA applies to the requested information with the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighing the public interest in disclosure. The Commissioner therefore does not require the DWP to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
