Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to a grievance they had raised. York Teaching Hospital (the -˜Trust-™) refused the request under section 41 (information provided in confidence). The Commissioner has investigated the complaint and found that all the information is exempt from disclosure under sections 40(1) and 40(2) of FOIA as it contains the personal data of the complainant and the personal data of third parties.
