The Commissioner-™s decision is that DETI has breached sections 1(1)(b) and 10(1) of FOIA as it did not provide the complainant with some of the information it held within the scope of her request within the statutory time limit as set out in FOIA. The Commissioner is satisfied that DETI holds no further information within the scope of the complainant-™s request and orders no steps to be taken in relation to the above breaches as the information was subsequently provided to the complainant.
