Summary: The complainant has requested the register of interests of senior personnel at the National Railway Museum dating back to 2003. The National Railway Museum (NRM) is part of the Science Museum Group but for the purposes of this notice the Commissioner will continue to refer to the NRM. The NRM refused to provide the requested information as it considered to do so would exceed the appropriate cost limit under the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the NRM has provided a reasonable estimate of the costs associated with complying with the request and has therefore correctly applied section 12 of the FOIA to refuse the request.
